The film is a sequel to the pan-African hit *Arinzo* and features a star-studded cast including Funke Akindele, Mercy Aigbe, and Juma Jux.
**FilmOne Entertainment** verified the box office release, noting that the film has seen strong opening numbers across Nigerian cinemas. “Iyabo Ojo’s transition to directing shows a deep understanding of what the audience wants,” a FilmOne representative stated in an April 28 press release. **The Nation** also reported on the film, quoting Iyabo Ojo: “Stepping behind the camera was a challenge, but I wanted to tell this story with my own vision.”
This project is a major “power move” for Iyabo Ojo, who has spent the last few years dominating social media and reality TV.
