NOA, NBC Push for 70% Local Content in Children’s Cartoons

The National Orientation Agency and National Broadcasting Commission have formed a committee to ensure at least 70% of cartoon content on Nigerian TV is locally produced. They say the policy will strengthen culture and create opportunities for local animators.
