Former Aviation Minister Stella Oduah has been arraigned before an FCT High Court on multiple counts of conspiracy and fraud totalling about ₦5bn. Prosecutors allege she obtained billions from the Aviation Ministry via Broad Waters Resources under a questionable “technical supervision” contract.
