    In a post shared by @dailypostnigeria, controversial singer Portable revealed the surprising origin of his massive Instagram presence, admitting he initially opened the account to learn ‘Yahoo Yahoo’ (internet fraud). Speaking with content creator Egungun of Lagos, the ‘Zazu’ star explained that the foreign name on his profile, ‘Elizabeth Joyce,’ was part of a failed attempt to engage in cybercrime before his music career took off.

    Portable clarified that once he achieved success with his hit single ‘Zazoo Zeh,’ he quickly pivoted the account to a legitimate ‘working account’ for his music business. Despite the admission, he later backtracked in a TikTok video, insisting that he never actually completed any fraudulent transactions and that the name was inspired by a brand of soap he uses.
