According to a segment on the Revolt talk show “Talk With Flee,” veteran Harlem rapper Cam’ron issued a public demand to Cardi B’s management team over an unreleased collaboration and unfulfilled interview promises. Cam’ron alleged that he recorded a feature for a remake of his track “What Means the World to You” in exchange for an interview with Cardi B on his show.
Cam’ron emphasized that his grievance is strictly with Cardi B’s representatives rather than the artist herself. He threatened to publish the unreleased music independently or release sensitive communication logs from her team members if financial compensation is not rendered promptly.
Reporting on the rap feud, TMZ confirmed on its platform that “Cam’ron is demanding money he feels he’s owed from a studio session” while targeting specific team members. In a secondary report, Rolling Out stated that Cam’ron explicitly warned on air: “I’m not putting this on Cardi, but people around her need to stop making promises on her behalf”.
This standoff underlines ongoing disputes surrounding unwritten agreements and verbal trade-offs within the music industry. If Cardi B’s management team fails to resolve the issue privately, it could lead to unauthorized leaks or legal actions regarding copyright rights.
