The emergency containment strategy involves the mandatory health screening of all incoming passengers originating from or transiting through high-risk continental hubs. Isolation facilities situated within the proximity of primary transport gateways have been put on high alert, with emergency response teams conducting simulations to ensure swift containment protocols. The state administration emphasized that maintaining early surveillance is far more cost-effective than managing an active urban epidemiological outbreak.
