According to a court filing uncovered by @tmz_tv, R&B singer Ne-Yo is facing a personal injury lawsuit after a delivery driver was allegedly attacked by a dog at his Georgia residence.
Plaintiff Dominique Bridgett claims she was legally delivering a package when a dog on the property inflicted serious physical injuries.
She is seeking monetary damages to cover medical bills and emotional distress.
Reporting on the lawsuit, KISS 95.1 FM confirmed that Bridgett alleged suffering “severe bodily injury, pain, shock, and distress” during the July 2025 incident. Adding further details, Rolling Out highlighted that the plaintiff has incurred “$9,039.50 in injury-related medical treatment” and is seeking full reimbursement alongside punitive damages.
Coming shortly after Chris Brown faced a major financial verdict in a similar dog attack case, Ne-Yo’s legal team will likely aim to resolve the matter quietly out of court. Legal observers will watch to see if Georgia’s strict premises liability laws compel a swift settlement.
