This latest date shift moves his sentence up by more than two weeks from his previous February 20, 2028 timeline. His timeline has fluctuated repeatedly since he started serving his time late last year, shifting across multiple months due to standard credit calculations and administrative adjustments.
In a report published by *Daily Mail*, authorities confirmed, “Combs is now scheduled for release on February 5, 2028, reflecting recent prison Bureau updates.” Additionally, hip-hop outlet *@TheShadeRoom* noted on Instagram, “Diddy’s federal prison timeline gets shortened once again as new updates roll in from Fort Dix.”
Despite sentence reductions, Combs still faces severe civil litigation lawsuits and five years of supervised release post-prison. The ongoing legal battles mean his public image and financial empire will remain heavily scrutinized long after his release.
